Returns & Replacements

Our Policy

Our policy is simple: We only accept requests for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturer's defect. Returns for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind) are not covered under this policy.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

  • You must notify us of any damaged or defective product within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at trollingidaho@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Product Claim" and provide the following information:

    • Your order number.

    • The name of the damaged or defective product.

    • A clear description of the damage or defect.

    • Attach clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and the packaging (if damaged).

  2. Review and Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the return.

  3. Return the Product:

    • Securely package the item, ideally in its original packaging.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Return the item to the address provided in our return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • For verified damaged or defective products, Trolling Idaho will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions for reimbursement.

Resolution Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Trolling Idaho will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will ship you a new, identical product at no additional cost (subject to availability).

  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Products that have been altered or modified are not eligible.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item.
