Returns & Replacements
Our Policy
Our policy is simple: We only accept requests for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturer's defect. Returns for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind) are not covered under this policy.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must notify us of any damaged or defective product within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email us at trollingidaho@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Product Claim" and provide the following information:
Your order number.
The name of the damaged or defective product.
A clear description of the damage or defect.
Attach clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and the packaging (if damaged).
Review and Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the return.
Return the Product:
Securely package the item, ideally in its original packaging.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return the item to the address provided in our return instructions.
Return Shipping
For verified damaged or defective products, Trolling Idaho will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions for reimbursement.
Resolution Options
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Trolling Idaho will offer one of the following:
Replacement: We will ship you a new, identical product at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Products that have been altered or modified are not eligible.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item.
